Beat Bucket is a tool that helps DJs and music enthusiasts find purchase links for tracks across multiple music vendors. The Service includes:

A web application for importing and managing track lists
A browser extension that searches music vendor websites
Match scoring and price comparison features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Plans

Beat Bucket offers the following subscription plans:

Free: 5 tracks per month
Plus ($2/month): 100 tracks per month
Pro ($5/month): 500 tracks per month
Unlimited ($10/month): Unlimited tracks

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

4.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
Your account will revert to the Free plan

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to circumvent usage limits or quotas
Share your account credentials with others
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
Use the Service to harm music vendors or their websites
Automate access to the Service beyond normal usage patterns
Resell or redistribute the Service without permission

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Beat Bucket and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Spotify and various music vendors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Search results will be accurate or complete
Vendor prices or availability will be current
The Service will meet your specific requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEAT BUCKET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beat Bucket from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
