1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be happy with Beat Bucket. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, we offer refunds under the following conditions.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
  • You have not used more than 20% of your monthly track quota
  • It is your first refund request

2.2 Prorated Refunds

For requests made after 7 days but within the current billing period, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion, based on:

  • The time remaining in your billing period
  • Your usage during the period
  • The reason for your request

2.3 No Refunds

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Partial months after cancellation (you retain access until the end of your billing period)
  • Repeat refund requests

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@beatbucketapp.com
  2. Include your account email address
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued.

Refund: Returns money for the current period. Your subscription may be cancelled and access revoked upon refund.

If you simply want to stop using Beat Bucket, cancellation is usually the better option as you retain access for the time you've already paid for.

6. Free Plan

The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore no refunds apply. You can use the Free plan indefinitely with no payment required.

7. Service Issues

If you experience significant service issues (extended downtime, critical bugs preventing use), please contact us. We may offer:

  • Service credits extending your subscription
  • Partial or full refunds depending on the severity and duration
